Rohde & Schwarz ranks among Germany's best employers for fifth time in a row
"We measure ourselves against the best and are happy about our solid ranking", states Dr. Hubert Amend, Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Rohde & Schwarz. "Surveys of this type – whether external or internal – are very important to us because our company thrives on the spirit of innovation and the commitment of each and every employee. We therefore want to determine regularly where there is room for improvement – for example, in leadership guidelines or corporate culture."
The company’s ranking in the German study now qualifies it to also participate in the Best Workplaces in Europe 2008 survey. More than 1000 companies from 15 EU countries will take part in the survey. The Great Place to Work® Institute is a research and consulting company that determines "best companies lists" in currently 31 countries on the basis of uniform rating standards. In Germany, the study has been conducted once a year since 2002.
